TJ Johnson-Alvarez, originally from Grand Prairie, TX, began her dance journey at the age of 11 as a member of her school's drill team, quickly assuming the role of assistant choreographer due to her natural talent and leadership skills. She continued to cultivate her passion for dance through formal training at Mountain View College and Tarrant County College. Now a seasoned professional, TJ is not only a dynamic performer and choreographer but also serves as a production director for various events, including fashion shows, corporate events, weddings, and more. Additionally, she is the founder of a nonprofit performing arts organization dedicated to providing opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Renowned for her electrifying performances and innovative choreography, Mz. TJ has opened up for major artists such as Mystikal, El DeBarge Jr., Urban Mystic, and popular line dance "Same ol 2 Step" group Ent. Distrikt captivating audiences with her unparalleled talent and stage presence. Her dedication to the art of dance, event production, and empowering youth continues to earn her acclaim both nationally and internationally, as she inspires and elevates the world of entertainment with her passion and creativity."

Noreen Johnson brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Treasurer of M.A.D.E Performing Arts Center. With an impressive 53-year career in financial planning and account management, Noreen has expertly handled the finances of hospitals, Sam's Clubs, and sports stadiums. Her 30-year tenure with the American Airlines Center, the home of the Dallas Mavericks basketball team and Rangers baseball stadium, stands out as a highlight of her career, where she served as a Vending Account Manager. Noreen's extensive expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the M.A.D.E Performing Arts Center.
Gerard C. Smoot , Advisory Board
Meet Gerard C. Smoot, also known as the vibrant and visionary Izzy Zot! Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Gerard made the bold move to Dallas in 1980, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from various vocational schools. His skills span metalwork, plumbing, glass blowing, carpentry, and construction, showcasing his diverse talents.
In the 80s, Gerard's creative spirit led to the birth of Izzy Zot, a brand that has since become synonymous with innovation and style. Through his affiliation with the esteemed DIFFA organization, Izzy Zot has continued to shine as a multi-talented designer brand.
Gerard's latest ventures are sure to captivate and inspire. First up is the educational marvel, The Cuddly Cloud Club, followed closely by a chic denim line featuring the iconic Izzy Zot signature FFPs.
